1. Acceptance
By downloading or using C12, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. License
C12 Community Edition is free software released under the project license. Enterprise Edition is licensed per seat under a separate commercial agreement.
3. Permitted Use
You may use C12 for internal carbon accounting and reporting purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, sublicense, or resell the software. Enterprise features may not be used without a valid subscription.
4. Data Ownership
Community Edition stores all data locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your data. In Enterprise Edition, synced data is stored securely on your behalf and never sold or shared with third parties.
5. Disclaimer
C12 is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we aim for accuracy in emission factor calculations, you are responsible for verifying outputs before submission to regulatory or reporting bodies. C12 does not constitute professional accounting or legal advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, c22 Space Ltd. and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of C12.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of C12 after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
